“Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.”
Psalm 37:7
How are you doing?
In this chaotic world, with a demonic frenzy of destruction all around you…how are you doing?
Is it all getting to you?
Are you wondering when it will end?
Are the flaming arrows of life getting through your armor?
If so, and you’re getting frustrated, I just want to encourage you with some facts.
Fact #1: You’re not alone.
Millions of people can clearly see what is happening and aren’t interested in a self-destructing society. The media pushes a reckless promotion of sin upon the world, but it’s quite unpopular.
Fact #2: You’re not alone.
If you have a Bible, you have access to the mind of God and the character of Christ. It’s not just a book, it’s the Living Word and is the only book in the world inspired by the Spirit of the Living God. The Bible is a scalpel for your problems and a torch for your path. (Hebrews 4:12, Psalm 119:105)
Fact #3: You’re not alone.
God’s word says that the Holy Spirit of God indwells the believer, the angels of God surround the believer, and the Son of God makes intercession for the believer. (1 Cor 3:16, Psalm 34:7, Romans 8:34)
Fact #4: You’re not alone.
One-third of the angels defected and joined Satan’s rebellion…leaving two-thirds to fight with Almighty God.
I’m not a math whiz, but…
Fact #5: You’re not alone.
I’m praying for you. I’m praying that God will do an amazing work in your life today: healing, strengthening, delivering, encouraging, empowering, sanctifying, and building you into a powerhouse of faith for His glory. (Romans 15:13, Isaiah 41:10-13)
Fact #6: You’re not alone.
You and God are the majority. It doesn’t matter how big Goliath is or how many Philistines stand behind him: one well-placed stone from a simple sling of faith will turn the tide when God is on your side.
God will never leave you or forsake you, friend. He’s walking through life with you, even when things seem too heavy or lonely. Stay in prayer.
Keep your armor on.
