Isaiah 6:2
What an amazing sight it must have been for Isaiah to watch angels move around the throne of God.
Isaiah saw this vision around 2,700 years ago…and while the earth has seen major technological advancements since then, this vision of God’s throne is still accurate.
There are six-winged creatures praising and serving God right now.
If you thought heaven would be cotton-ball clouds and the gentle strumming of boring harps, you’re mistaken.
It’s a place of power. (Rev 11:19)
It’s a place of action. (Revelation.)
It’s a place of mystery. (Rev 10:7)
It’s a place of gathering. (Rev 19:6)
Isaiah got to see a sample of this place when God showed him this vision…a vision far greater than anything on television.
Hollywood tries to “play it safe.”
They’ll create supernatural movies and steal characters out of the Bible…but they refuse to promote Jesus Christ or the kingdom of God.
They usually only promote demonic entities. That’s why Hollywood will fail.
The real action is happening in the spiritual realm…and there are wild-looking entities engaged in a massive warfare.
(Ephesians 6:12)
The seraphim haven’t aged and died…they’re probably STILL doing the same thing as when Isaiah saw them.
And when Isaiah died, did he get to see those seraphim again?
Not sure, but I’d guess “yes”.
For Christians, the best is yet to come…don’t forget that.
