I’ve only ever seen pictures of New York City traffic, but something tells me that NYC drivers yell at cars like Detroit drivers do.
Brazilian men get angry, just like Italian women do.
Chinese women get jealous, just like German women do.
Americans search out internet filth, just like Swedish people do.
Egyptians will worry.
Canadians will fear.
Japanese will covet.
French will lust.
Aussies will lie.
Kiwis will cheat.
And every nation will do ALL of the above in the next ten seconds.
The temptation to sin is everywhere,
ALL OF THE TIME.
Whatever challenging trial or temptation you’re facing today is being experienced by THOUSANDS of people right now.
You’re unique, but your temptation isn’t.
Lust, jealousy, envy, anger, lying, cheating, fear, doubt, laziness…the devil will attempt to hook you with these lures today…so, will YOU bite?
Untold thousands will be tempted and then bite his sharpened hooks, but you don’t have to.
You can choose wisely and respond righteously to every situation today, just ask the Holy Spirit to lead you with the lantern of God’s Word.
