“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.”
James 1:5-6
Do you believe that God made the world?
Do you believe that God made the Universe?
Do you believe that God made YOU?
God has the wisdom to create and sustain all of His creation…and He has the wisdom to help you with your life.
He wants to help you.
He’s a good Father.
He is the constant…
But our faith is the variable.
We believe Him for some things,
But not for others.
We lean on His Word sometimes,
But not always.
We pray when it’s convenient,
But not always.
I don’t know about you, but that has to change in my life.
James says the ocean waves are subject to the winds of the day, but our faith must be unwavering if we’re going to ask God for what we need.
God knows everything about everything today, so let’s ask Him to share His awesome wisdom with us...then TRUST that He will.
